What Does "Income Restricted" Mean?
Nine out of the 27 residential units at Skyline Commons are reserved for households at or below 80% of Area Median Income (AMI), with rents set for those units. Eligibility is based on total household income and household size. Income must be verified with documentation before a lease is signed. Limits are published annually by HUD and vary by household size.
This is not a waitlist-only public housing program. Qualifying households still complete a standard rental application (credit, rental history, and background check apply equally to all applicants).
Skyline Commons is an Equal Housing Opportunity.
